(A) Ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and other reports shall be published by posting copies at City Hall.
(B) The Clerk of Council is hereby generally ordered and directed to publish any and all ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law to be published by posting the same at City Hall without any express or special order or direction as to any such posting, save and except where publication other than by posting is specially or expressly ordered or directed by Council or by law required.
