§ 660.05 DUTY TO KEEP SIDEWALKS IN REPAIR AND CLEAN.
   (A)   In Business Districts. No owner or occupant of land abutting streets in a C-1, C-2, C-3 or C-4 Zoning District, as established in the Zoning Code, shall fail to keep the sidewalks in repair and free from snow, ice or any nuisance.
   (B)   Failure to Clear Sidewalks. In the event that an owner or occupant, as provided for herein, is notified by the city to clear and remove snow and ice from any sidewalk and fails to do so within 24 hours of receipt of said notice, the Public Service Department of the city is hereby authorized to enter upon the lands of said owner and remove said snow and ice and charge such owner a reasonable amount, to be determined by the Public Service Department, for such snow and ice removal. For purposes of this section, adequate notice will be deemed to have been given by the actual delivery of said notice to said owner and occupant or by posting said notice on the premises of said owner or occupant and noting the date and time of posting thereof.
   (C)   Generally. No owner or occupant of land in the city shall obstruct any street, city right of way or sidewalk with snow or ice removed from his or her premises.
