§ 220.02 DEPARTMENT AND DIVISION HEADS REQUIRED TO ATTEND MEETINGS.

   The Directors of Law, Finance and Public Service, the Chiefs of Police and Fire and the Commissioners of the Division of Streets, the Division of Public Properties and the Building Department, shall attend all regular meetings of Council and all special meetings or work sessions when requested to so attend by a majority of Council.
