§ 624.15 COUNTERFEIT CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

(B) Whoever violates division (A) of this section shall be guilty of possession of counterfeit controlled substances, a misdemeanor of the first degree. The penalty shall be as provided in § 202.99.
