§ 204.01 OFFICIAL FLAG AND EMBLEM.

The flag presented to Council by the Bicentennial Year Committee, designed by Mr. Gerald Hudack and now hanging on the north wall of the Council Chambers, is hereby accepted and designated as the official flag and emblem of the city.
