§ 612.04 CONSUMPTION IN MOTOR VEHICLE.

No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle. This section does not apply to persons described in Ohio R.C. 4301.62(D) or a substantially equivalent municipal ordinance.
