§ 452.08 SELLING, WASHING OR REPAIRING VEHICLE UPON ROADWAY.
   (A)   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
      (1)   Displaying such vehicle for sale; or
      (2)   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
   (B)   No person shall operate or park a vehicle one any street for the primary purpose of advertising.
