(A) The Mayor shall provide City Council with a list of events that are scheduled to be held on city grounds and the costs associated with said events for any given year no later than the third Monday in December of the immediately preceding year.
(B) If additional event(s) arise after the above referenced deadline, the Mayor shall provide Council with the information regarding the additional event(s) and associated costs at least 30 days prior to the additionally scheduled event(s).
