§ 236.34 OPIOID SETTLEMENT FUND.

(a) In accordance with Ohio Revised Code 5705.09(F) an Opioid Settlement Fund shall be established for the purpose of accumulating payments from the One Ohio Opioid Settlement.

(b) Said funds shall only be used for the approved purpose as provided for in the One Ohio Memorandum of Understanding.
