§ 1352.01 PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this regulation to promote the safe, effective and efficient use of solar energy systems installed to reduce the on-site consumption of utility supplied electricity upon both private and public owned lands and also all zoning districts within the City of Broadview Heights.
