The Rules and Regulations of the Civil Service Commission were originally adopted on June 6, 1985, and were amended and re-adopted by Council by Ordinance 24-95, passed March 27, 1995. They were amended again on May 6, 1996, May 19, 1997, May 12, 1998, January 31, 2000, April 19, 2001, April 24, 2009, April 9, 2013, June 3, 2013, October 15, 2018, February 4, 2019, June 17, 2019, February 20, 2023, and October 2, 2023. They are included herein in full at the request of the city.
