§ 1326.08 SCREENING, LETTERING AND COLOR OF STATIONS.
   (A)   Either a solid fence, at least five feet in height, measured from the top of the concrete base or caissons specified in § 1326.05(B), shall be erected, or landscaping shall be planted, sufficient to form a permanent visual barrier five feet in height or grade, whichever is higher, so as to permanently shield most of the structure from view from adjoining properties and public rights-of-way.
   (B)   No lettering, numerals, symbols, pictorial signs or designs shall be permitted on any surface of a dish-type satellite signal-receiving earth station. No earth station dish shall be painted in a color other than gray, white or earth tones.
