(A) No dish-type satellite signal-receiving earth station shall be erected in any front or side yard or within 20 feet of any lot line.
(B) No earth station shall be erected on the roof top of any residential structure. An earth station may be located on the roof of a commercial, apartment, hospital, school or church building or any other building if approval is obtained first from the Planning Commission.
(C) No earth station shall be linked to receivers which are not located on the same lot or premises as the earth station, unless the owner or occupant of the premises is operating pursuant to a franchise granted by the city.
