§ 1326.01 DISH-TYPE SATELLITE SIGNAL-RECEIVING EARTH STATION DEFINED.
    As used in this chapter, “dish-type satellite signal-receiving earth station”, sometimes referred to hereinafter as “earth station”, means an antenna of dish shape, which is larger than six feet in diameter, installed for the purpose of receiving air-borne signals related to communications from satellite transmissions.
