§ 1318.05 INSURANCE; BOND REQUIREMENTS; POLICE ESCORT AND FEES.
   (A)   Prior to obtaining any permit for the moving of a building through or into the city, the applicant must post a certificate of insurance showing limits of liability in the minimum amounts of $300,000/$500,000.
   (B)    Prior to the issuance of a permit for the movement of a building through or into the city, an applicant shall file with the city a surety bond in the amount as set forth in § 1445.06, to be payable to the city if the Director of Public Service certifies any road damage caused by such movement or any other damage caused to public or private property.
    (C)    No person shall move a building through or into the city without a police escort using city police personnel and a police vehicle, with a minimum of one vehicle and two police officers, during the entire moving process, and more personnel and vehicles if determined to be necessary by the Chief of Police and/or the officer in charge of the shift at the time the moving takes place. Prior to the movement of the building, the applicant shall pay a fee as established in Chapter 1449 (Fee Schedule).
