The City Engineer shall be paid as determined from time to time by Council for the following services:
(A) Review of submitted topographical site plan for correctness;
(B) In-office review of utilities, and the like;
(C) Check of the building foot or elevation on the first floor of a building;
(D) Tar line grade check;
(E) Checking compliance of finished grade with topographical site plans; and
(F) Preparation of “as built” drawings.
