(A) Multi-Family Units. A fee as established in Chapter 1449 (Fee Schedule) shall be paid by each applicant for City Engineer’s services for plan approval and inspection of any parcel which a multi-family unit occupies.
(B) Other Grade Approvals. A fee as established in Chapter 1449 (Fee Schedule) shall be paid by each applicant in obtaining the City Engineer’s review of topographical plans and confirmation of finished grades.
