§ 1314.60 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The City Board of Zoning Appeals is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by the City Code.
   (B)   Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in City Hall at 9543 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights, Ohio.
