§ 1312.11 APPEALS.
   (A)   Any decision of the Building Commissioner made in the enforcement of this chapter may be appealed to the Board of Zoning Appeals by any person claiming to be adversely affected by such decision.
   (B)   A reversal of the Building Commissioner’s decision will be granted only by a majority of the Board members after a hearing and notice to neighbors residing within a 500-foot radius of the property for which a variance is requested.
