In the event that any of the provisions contained in Exhibit “A” attached to original Ordinance 156-97, passed October 6, 1997, conflict with any of the provisions of Chapter 1344 regarding telecommunications towers in the city, shall supersede the provisions contained in Exhibit “A” to the extent necessary to give full force and effect to the provisions of Chapter 1344 (formerly Chapter 1489).
