Council may, upon proper application, grant a telecommunications right-of-way permit to any person applying therefor pursuant to the terms and conditions in Exhibit “A” attached to original Ordinance 156-97, passed October 6, 1997, and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein. For purposes of this chapter, “person” shall be as defined in § 1.8 of the telecommunications right-of-way permit as set forth in Exhibit “A”.
