§ 1302.04 APPROVAL OF COUNCIL REQUIRED FOR SERVICE ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY.

Any service to be performed by the Municipal Architect on property owned by the city shall have the approval of Council by resolution prior to the commencement of such service.
