§ 1302.02 DUTIES.
   The Municipal Architect shall be on call and available to handle all of the city’s architectural problems, including examination of plans and assisting the city in required approvals when the work falls within the following categories of the Ohio Building Code:
   (A)   Residential buildings - nontransient;
   (B)   Residential buildings - transient;
   (C)   Hospitals and homes;
   (D)   Penal and correctional buildings;
   (E)   Schools and school assembly halls;
   (F)   Places of assembly;
   (G)   Places of assembly - outdoors;
   (H)   Business buildings;
   (I)   Storage buildings;
   (J)   Industrial buildings; and
   (K)   Special occupancy buildings.
