§ 290.05 MAYOR’S COURT MAGISTRATE.
   (A)   The position of Mayor’s Court Magistrate is hereby created within the city.
   (B)   The position of Mayor’s Court Magistrate shall be a part-time position appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council.
