(A) Subcommittees of the Strategic Plan Advisory Committee shall be formed for the purpose of addressing specific areas of concern, including: a Citizen’s Master Plan Advisory Committee; a Citizen’s Architectural Standards Advisory Committee; a City Facilities and Public Buildings Advisory Committee; an Economic Development Advisory Committee; and such other subcommittees as the Strategic Plan Advisory Committee shall deem necessary or appropriate.
(B) Members of such subcommittees shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and the President of Council and shall report to the Strategic Plan Advisory Committee on a monthly basis.
(C) Such subcommittees shall recommend to the Strategic Plan Advisory Committee methods to accomplish the various goals set by the Strategic Plan Advisory Committee.
