All general liability claims and/or property damage claims must be reported to the City Finance Department on forms and in a format provided by the City Finance Director. Such claims shall be forwarded to the city insurance carrier for a determination of liability and/or payment. All decisions made by the insurance carrier shall be final and not subject to reversal by the city.
