§ 275.03 POWERS AND DUTIES.

(A) The Storm Water Management Board shall hear all appeals from any wetland or riparian setback determination made pursuant to this Code of Ordinances, and meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairperson when deemed necessary. All meetings of the Board shall be public.

(B) All decisions made by the Board shall be presented to City Council for approval.
