§ 1620.06 INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY.

The Building Commissioner shall not issue an occupancy permit or re-occupancy permit, as otherwise provided in this Code of Ordinances, until the premises in question have been inspected and certified as to compliance with this Fire Prevention Code.
