§ 1620.01 ESTABLISHMENT; GENERAL PURPOSE; SUPERVISION.

This Fire Prevention Code shall be enforced by the Bureau of Fire Prevention in the Fire Department of the city, which Bureau is hereby established and which Bureau shall be operated under the supervision of the Fire Chief.
