Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the municipality Chapter 1301:7-7 of the Ohio Administrative Code, effective July 1, 2007, known as the Ohio Fire Code: abbreviated “OFC” and may also be referred to as the “State fire code”, or “this code”, including the referenced standards and Appendices A through G.
