§ 1448.06 ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS PROHIBITED WHERE APPROVAL OF O.E.P.A. REQUIRED.

The Building Commissioner is prohibited from issuing any building permit which requires the subsequent approval of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and he or she is also prohibited from renewing any building permit which had been previously issued and which had required the subsequent approval of such Agency.
