The Building Commissioner may disapprove or revoke any license or renewal thereof issued under this chapter for one or several of the following reasons:
(A) Misrepresentation of a material fact by the applicant in obtaining the license or renewal thereof; or
(B) Violation of or noncompliance with any provision of any applicable code or ordinance of the city in the performance of any work done pursuant to a license issued hereunder.
