§ 1440.27 CONFLICTS OF LAWS.

(A) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this Building and Housing Code and a provision of state law, the state law shall control.

(B) ln the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this Building and Housing Code, and a provision of any city ordinance, the most recent ordinance adopted by the city shall prevail.
