Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the municipality, for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided, the current edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, save and except such portions as may be hereinafter deleted or amended, which Code is incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
