(A) In determining the proper method of measurement for a particular item of work encountered on a project, several sources of information exist. The ODOT Construction and Material Specifications Manual (C&MS) § 109.01 provides general information for the determination of various units of measurement. These include items measured by weight, area and volume.
(B) For items of work not covered in the C&MS, other sources can be utilized to determine the proper method of measurement.
