§ 1342.12 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall operate a wastewater treatment plant within the city without first having obtained a wastewater treatment plant operator’s license from the state. Operators licensed by the state shall place on file with the Division of Engineering a certified or photostatic copy of such license.
