(A) Each employee shall be entitled to the following 11 paid holidays:
(1) New Year’s Day;
(2) Martin Luther King Jr. Day;
(3) Good Friday;
(4) Memorial Day;
(5) Fourth of July;
(6) Labor Day;
(7) Thanksgiving Day;
(8) Day after Thanksgiving Day;
(9) Christmas Eve;
(10) Christmas Day; and
(11) New Year’s Eve.
(B) In all instances where one of the above holidays falls on a Saturday, employees shall be entitled to the preceding Friday as a paid holiday. Where one of the above holidays falls on a Sunday, employees shall be entitled to the following Monday as a paid holiday. If a Level 3 employee is required to work on a holiday, that employee shall receive time and one-half for hours worked on the holiday in addition to holiday pay of eight hours.
