§ 264.02 POSITION/CLASSIFICATION LEVEL.
   (A)   For purposes of determining the benefits and terms of employment of existing and future non- elected, non-bargaining, full-time positions, the following classifications are now in effect.

   (B)   For all non-elected, non-bargaining, full-time positions created after the enactment of this chapter, Council shall, in the enabling ordinance designate the appropriate classification level of said position.
