This chapter consolidates all terms and conditions of employment for non-elected, non-bargaining, full-time positions of the city. It specifically repeals Ordinance 36-2019, as it relates to all full-time positions and any amendments thereto. This chapter extends not only to all currently existing non-elected, non-bargaining, full-time positions but also to all such non-elected, non-bargaining, full-time positions hereafter created or established.
