§ 260.03 AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND CORPORATION.

The Mayor and Director of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Community Improvement Corporation of the city in substantially the form and containing the provisions set forth in original Ordinance 48-81, passed October 5, 1981, as approved by the Director of Law.
