§ 1332.07 LICENSE REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC POOLS; FEE.
   No person shall construct, operate or maintain a public pool unless he or she has been duly licensed by the Building Commissioner. Such license shall be effective for one year beginning April 1, and the fee therefor shall be $100. Application for such license shall be made in writing by the operator of such pool setting forth the location of the pool, its size, depth, the nature and type of its safety precautions to bathers, the nature and type of means of purifying the water, the nature and type of illumination, the number of personnel to be employed, the number of bathers expected to use the pool, the nature and type of shower, lavatory and toilets for bathers and their location, and such other information requested by the Commissioner. If, upon inspection, the Commissioner is satisfied that the pool, equipment and personnel comply with this chapter, he or she shall issue such license.
