§ 1284.11 PARKING SIGNS AND ILLUMINATION.
   All signs shall be limited to indicate the operator, the purpose of the business served, or instructions for parking. Only one sign shall be permitted for each street which abuts the area and such sign shall not exceed 20 square feet or extend over 12 feet in height or be located outside of that part of the lot used for parking or nearer than 25 feet to a lot line of a residential district. Parking facilities shall be illuminated whenever a use is conducted in the main building and the public streets are lighted, and such illumination shall be so designed and located that the same is not of excessive brightness to adjoining residential districts and streets.
