§ 1284.05 SPACE SCHEDULE FOR OFF-STREET PARKING.
   Off-street parking shall be required as provided in the following schedule:

1 space per 1,000 sq. ft. of floor area and space per 4 seats of seating capacity or area used for assembly or 1 space for each 48 sq. ft. of assembly floor area; plus 1 space per full-time facility and staff member
Governmental: Municipal, county, state and federal buildings, principally administrative functions
1 space per 4 seats of area used for public assembly, plus 1 space for each 2 employees; plus 1 space per 300 sq. ft. of other parts of the building

Retail stores and services less than 4,000 sq. ft. per unit

1 space per each employee on the largest shift or 1 space per every 800 sq. ft. of building area, whichever is the greater

The Board of Zoning Appeals shall apply the unit of measurement most applicable from the above
