(A) There is hereby established the position of Recreation Maintenance Specialist in the city.
(B) The Recreation Maintenance Specialist shall perform such duties as are described in Exhibit “A” attached to original Ordinance 23-97, passed March 31, 1997, and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein.
(C) The Recreation Maintenance Specialist will be a Service Department employee. The Recreation Maintenance Specialist shall be compensated according to, and shall enjoy such benefits as are provided in, the collective bargaining agreement between the city and the Communications Workers of America.
