§ 256.11 GROUNDS CREW CHIEF.
   (A)   The position of Grounds Crew Chief is hereby established in the city.
   (B)   The Grounds Crew Chief shall directly supervise the activities of all Recreation Department groundskeepers and shall report directly to the Recreation Director.
   (C)   The Grounds Crew Chief shall be compensated at a rate determined from time to time by Council.
