§ 256.03 MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS.
   (A)   The city shall be responsible for the maintenance of the building and the grounds of the recreation area.
   (B)   The Recreation Department shall be responsible for lining of fields and cleaning of the Recreation Hall.
