(A) All activities in the name of recreation shall be under the direction and supervision of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
(B) The Board shall be responsible for scheduling the facilities and setting the fees for use of the Recreation Hall and recreational facilities.
(C) The Mayor shall be notified of the time, place and manner of the proposed use of the recreation facilities prior to such use, in writing, by the Director of Recreation, or his or her duly authorized agent.
