§ 1268.01 PERMITTED USES IN A-1 AND A-2 DISTRICTS.

In Class A-1 and A-2 Residential Districts, no land shall be used, and no building shall be erected which is arranged, intended or designed to be used, for any use other than the following:

(A) Class A-1, single-family dwellings; and

(B) Class A-2, two-family dwellings.
