§ 1264.02 ZONE MAP; DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   (A)   The Zone Map which accompanies original Ordinance 46-68, passed February 3, 1969, and which is marked and entitled for identification “Zone Map of City of Broadview Heights” is hereby declared to be a part hereof. The Map designations and the designation rules which accompany such Map are hereby declared to be a part hereof. No building or premises shall be erected or used except in conformity with the regulations herein prescribed for the use of the various districts in which such building or premises are located.
   (B)   When definite distances in feet are not shown on the Zone Map, the district boundaries on the Zone Map are intended to be along the centerline of an existing street or property line or extensions of the same and if the exact location of such line is not clear it shall be determined by the Planning Commission, due consideration being given to the location as indicated by the scale of the Zone Map.

   Resolution 94-87, passed July 18, 1994, accepted a revised Official Zoning Map. Ordinance 18-99, passed February 1, 1999, accepted a revised Zoning Map and set a fee of $5 for the purchase of a copy of such Map. Ordinance 37-04, passed April 5, 2004, amended the fees for a City Zoning Map, setting the fees at $10 for an 18 x 24 inch color copy and $20 for a 24 x 36 inch color copy. Ordinance 13-2023, passed July 10, 2023, accepted a revised Zoning Map. Copies of the Zoning Map are available from the Clerk of Council.
