For the purposes of regulating and restricting the location of trades, industries, condominiums, apartment houses, two-family houses, single-family houses and other uses of property, as well as the number of square feet of lot area per family housed, the width of lots, the location and size of side, rear and front yards and the size and height of buildings, the city is hereby divided into 14 classes of use districts termed respectively:
(A) Class A-1 Single-Family Dwelling;
(B) Class A-2 Two-Family Dwelling;
(C) Class B-3 Condominium and Rural Residential;
(D) Class B-5 Senior Citizen;
(E) Class C-1 Local Retail Commercial;
(F) Class C-2 General Commercial;
(G) Class C-3 Office Space;
(H) Class C-4 Shopping Center;
(I) Class C-5 Interstate Highway Shopping Center;
(J) Class D-1 Community;
(K) Class E-1 Office - Laboratory; and
(L) Class E-2 Light Industrial.
